My initial contact was with Mr John Havercroft who I spoke with to place an order over the phone for a new chair. John's customer service skills were outstanding, he was polite, professional and understood exactly what it was I needed to purchase. His attitude and personal commitment to placing my order was very refreshing and much appreciated.
My other contact was with Mr Paul Corbett who organised the tracking and delivery of the chair to my office. I found Paul delightful to deal with and he was very prompt at responding to my email queries.
