    Big Hit with the the Staff

    Everything arrived perfectly today.  The Ottoman is already a big hit with the staff (looks stunning) and we're pleased with how all the easy chairs have turned out in the black circle fabric. Taking around the Transit chairs was a bit like being Father Christmas - everyone is especially enjoying the lay back rocking feature.  I am also happy to report that today's deleivery guys were exceptional - very helpful, polite, on the ball, quick and efficient and jolly as well - this is clearly the delivery A team.

    Exemplary manner

    At Harris Software Systems, we often meet with Clients in our Boardroom. The old conference table was looking a bit shabby and thus we decided to get it spruced up. The quote that we got for repairing the table ws in excess of $2,000 so it was decided to obtain quotes for a new table. We had never dealt with your company until this stage and your details were located after doing a 'Google' search. A general enquiry email was submitted. It is the outstanding service that we have been given since that initial query, which I wish to congratulate your manager on. Not only did John promptly reply, in great detail, he also offered to come out and have a look at what we needed. He submitted quotes; he brought samples for us to choose from and ended up delivering a high quality product at a cost that was less than quoted for repair of our old table.

    It was then decided that we would source some new chairs for the Boardroom. Again, your company was contacted to see if this was something you could help out with. Not only did John supply images of the chairs, he actually brought a couple of samples to our office for us to try. This resulted in an order being submitted and again a high quality product was delivered.

    Due to a recent addition of computer equipment into the Boardroom, we needed an additional cabinet to house these items. This was a difficult task for us as we already had cabinets that it needed to match and there was limited space for the new cabinet to fit into. After contacting John in the hope that your company could help out, he visited out office, measured up for what we needed and had a cabinet custom made to our requirements.

    Great Chairs for lumbar support

    Just a quick e mail to say that I found Equip Office Furniture very good in helping me choose the right chair fit (and colour... about 400 to choose from!). They stock the Gregory chair but also lots of others. I found one with very good lumbar support. Hope this is useful for any other patients looking for a good chair!

    Looking for the right chair

    Just a quick e mail to say that I found this shop was very good in helping me choose the right chair fit (and colour... about 400 to choose from!). They stock the Gregory chair you mentioned, but also lots of others. I found one with very good lumbar support which felt much more comfortable than the Gregory.

    We recently bought a new desk for Angus and needed a chair for it; we were passing your shop and spotted a staff member in the shop. We didn't know the office hours but rang from the car to see if the shop was open. We were told that it was closed, but no problem; the staff member could wait 15 minutes while I dropped Jenny at Glebe and let us in.

    The service provided was above the call of duty, and since it is so easy to complain when things aren't up to expectation, I think it's important to let you know when expectations are surpassed.

    It was John who helped me with the selection of Angus' chair, offering me a range that was totally appropriate and we made a choice to suit the desk and the budget.
