At Harris Software Systems, we often meet with Clients in our Boardroom. The old conference table was looking a bit shabby and thus we decided to get it spruced up. The quote that we got for repairing the table ws in excess of $2,000 so it was decided to obtain quotes for a new table. We had never dealt with your company until this stage and your details were located after doing a 'Google' search. A general enquiry email was submitted. It is the outstanding service that we have been given since that initial query, which I wish to congratulate your manager on. Not only did John promptly reply, in great detail, he also offered to come out and have a look at what we needed. He submitted quotes; he brought samples for us to choose from and ended up delivering a high quality product at a cost that was less than quoted for repair of our old table.
It was then decided that we would source some new chairs for the Boardroom. Again, your company was contacted to see if this was something you could help out with. Not only did John supply images of the chairs, he actually brought a couple of samples to our office for us to try. This resulted in an order being submitted and again a high quality product was delivered.
Due to a recent addition of computer equipment into the Boardroom, we needed an additional cabinet to house these items. This was a difficult task for us as we already had cabinets that it needed to match and there was limited space for the new cabinet to fit into. After contacting John in the hope that your company could help out, he visited out office, measured up for what we needed and had a cabinet custom made to our requirements.
